Customers
Bidirectional transfer of the contact database and all customer data between the e-shop and the ERP system. Customers can register on the e-shop, or a customer can be registered directly in Byznys. All contact details of the customer, their classification into a customer group, and their sales prices for products are transferred.

Products
All required products from the inventory of the Byznys system are transferred to Dmpshop©. The synchronization transfers all important information such as product names and descriptions, images, related files, sales prices (CZK and other currencies), and stock levels.

Warehouses
Downloading stock statuses at regular synchronization intervals. Dmpshop© thus always displays current statuses. The current availability of products can subsequently be displayed in feeds from product search engines.

Pricing rules
Automatic creation of pricing rules linked to product groups and customer groups. If a customer belongs to a given customer group, they will see products from the linked group with the corresponding price on the e-shop.

Orders
Orders are synchronized into the order records in the Byznys system in real-time. All necessary information is transmitted from the e-shop, such as the name, billing and shipping address of the customer, selected method of delivery and payment, and all items in the order. Information about the fulfillment of orders is transferred by importing from Byznys.

Synchronization is continuously monitored – every 10 minutes a check is performed. If the process stops, the system automatically restores it, and any unsent data is queued for retransmission.
Every synchronization step is recorded, so you always know when and how it occurred. The solution also includes regular database backups, allowing you to revert to a version from up to 14 days ago.
