What can be connected with the e-shop solution dmpshop© in POHODA?

Products
If you have products set up in the Inventory agenda, the system can transfer them to the dmpshop© e-shop. Items such as images, names, descriptions, prices, stock statuses, parameters, and language versions of the product are transferred.

Orders
Orders involve two-way real-time communication. Information about order fulfillment is transferred through import (from POHODA to the e-shop). All necessary information such as billing and delivery addresses, selected shipping and payment methods, used discount coupons, or percentage discounts from the order amount is transmitted. Inventory is automatically deducted from the warehouse as well.

Invoices and other documents
Dmpshop© automatically downloads all issued documents related to orders from POHODA. These documents are available to customers in their profile. Dmpshop© automatically sends them via email along with the order fulfillment. The documents are linked to the related customer orders. The e-shop administrator has access to the documents in the e-shop administration.

Prices
In the default settings, it is possible to synchronize 2 basic price lists MOC (basic selling price for all customers) and VOC (default for customers in the Wholesale group). From the basic price, other individual prices and discounts can be derived.

Warehouses
Dmpshop© regularly transfers the current stock availability of all products. The current availability of products can then be displayed in feeds from product search engines.

Directory/Customers
Customers are transferred in bidirectional communication. Customers can register on the e-shop, or they can be registered in POHODA. All customer's contact details, their classification into a customer group, and customer pricing are transferred.

Optional parameters
From experience, we know that most POHODA users also use their own optional fields (optional parameters), and these parameters can be synchronized with dmpshop at will.

The basic integration starts at 80,000 CZK. For advanced features (custom pricing, optional parameters, specific business logic), the price is determined individually based on the specific requirements.
Ready-made synchronization starts within 7 days. If you require custom adjustments (specific business processes, non-standard data flows), a preliminary analysis is necessary, but even then, everything is usually completed within a maximum of 3 months.
Yes — our solution is designed to handle 100k+ products without performance issues. We utilize batch processing in segments and exceptional daily synchronization to manage even the largest catalogs efficiently.
We have automatic monitoring every 10 minutes — if synchronization is not running, the control mechanism will immediately restart it. Unprocessed transfers are automatically queued for further processing.
Yes — we log all data transfers and know exactly when each transfer occurred and whether it was successful. Additionally, we conduct regular backups of our databases, allowing us to revert to any point in time up to 2 weeks in the past.
